Recently the app received an update and isn’t working great.įor instance, it just can’t display the picture, shows a white screen in the Photos App window instead. Microsoft continuously pushes updates to Photo App in the Microsoft Store. The Photos app takes more time to open a photo and annoys the users the most. When compared with the Photos app with modern UI that is packed with features, the built-in Windows Photo Viewer does a good job of displaying the Photos quickly.
The App already takes ages to open photos, it is now hanging and sometimes shows a white screen instead of a Picture.
Recent Photos App update version 2020.20070.10002.0 made the app worse.
